The interview process felt long and somewhat overwhelming. It began with an initial call with the recruiter, followed by a case study assignment. After that, I was invited to a three-hour 'test drive,' which included interviews with three different people and an additional exercise. From the outset, I felt uncomfortable upon realizing I was being videotaped without prior notice or consent. Another concern was the lack of transparency around the company’s use of ActivTrak, a monitoring tool that many employees have mentioned in reviews but wasn’t addressed during the process. Altogether, I noticed several red flags throughout this experience.
