Fairly quick and easy interview process. The interview consisted of a brief phone interview, a skills assessment, and a longer interview with the Events Team/potential direct supervisor. I felt like it was really easy to talk with everyone I spoke with, and even though there were multiple steps, I was surprised how quickly TA reached back out after each phase. I didn't feel like the interviews were intrusive, boring, or drawn-out, and the skills assessment was simple (1-2 hours to complete).
