I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Technomics
Interview
I had to drive from school to their office, but was give a $250 stipen for the the trip. The did a round table style interview where you talked to different people such as the manager, a current employee, and the CEO. All the other employees left great impressions on me for working for the company, however the CEO made you feel little. He want to know what you can provide for the company and how you can serve him to the greatest extent, which seemed like a episode of Shark tank.

Question 1
Why should I hire you and what kind you do for me?
I met them at the career fair of my university. The first interview was 30 minutes and with questions about how much of coding do I know, and to tell them any challenges and how have I overcome them. The second interview was 2 hours and a half in the company. I got a $250 stipend to travel. There are three 30 minutes interviews that were easy, they just want you to be honest, not brag about how much you know.

I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Technomics in Oct 2025
Interview
Overall, the experience was great, I had some really engaging conversations with the team and genuinely enjoyed learning more about the company. One thing I’d advise others: don’t assume there won’t be any technical questions. There can be a technical component, and that’s where I stumbled. Despite that, I really loved the company’s culture and values. The overall pay is not bad for a junior position and great benefit.
