Interview
I had a long talk with the recruiter at a college career fair, then left my resume. I then emailed them and they got back to me within a few days. I was given an interview and at the end of my interview, I was given a project. The project was difficult and I would believe that most entry-level applicants (especially those just out of college) would have trouble completing it. I finished it within a week and presented it to the recruiters (as well as everyone else) and they were satisfied with my work and the turn-around time.

They asked very general questions about experience and availability. At the very end, they gave me a web application assignment to finish at home and asked me to draw out how I would construct the relational database at the interview.

Interview
It was an awkward and unpleasant experience. They asked me if I even cared about the interview when I was clearly interested. The recruiter didn't even follow up with me after the interview. The office wasn't very welcoming and seemed unhappy. Did not at all enjoy the interview.

Interview
First there was a phone screening with a recruiter in the Virginia office asking about myself, my background and projects. Next there was a casual phone interview with another software developer asking similar things. Then I had the onsite interview which was fun, the office environment is very laid back, and everyone has a sense of humor. The interview was about an hour and a half and many developers of different levels walked in and out the door to ask me questions. First I did fibonacci on the white board, and then I was given 3 tables and had to answer two questions about them without writin SQL. I was given some brain teasers, and then a piece of code where I had to highlight all the mistakes. Then I had the opportunity to ask questions.

2. Why are manhole covers circular?
3. There are x amount of balls in a bag, 8 are red, 4 are green, 4 are blue. You are blind folded. What is the least amount of balls you have to pull out of the bag to be 100% sure you have 1 of every color.
