Great initial conversation and then asked for a fairly substantial test task for my second activity. I completed the task and was able to see that they viewed the task via google drive, but they completely ghosted me. No response, no feedback, nothing. Really disappointing.

After the second interview, the company completely ghosted me, which is unsurprising given the previous comments. The call with the recruiter was pleasant and positive, however, I had a completely different experience with the current program manager. First of all, she was asking literally the same questions as the recruiter did, she also made me feel real quick that I was not suitable for this job (which raises the question of why they even invited me to have a second one)...
