Some territory managers came into my classroom and talked about the company. They asked us to sign up for an interview if were interested. I had a phone interview and then an in person interview at a Panera bread. They called me back soon and invited me to Milwaukee for a final interview. The day was very relaxed, they told us about TTi and wine and dined us. The next day was we had 3 brief interviews and all traveled home. They offer 50k base and want you to move.

I was reached out to on linkedin by a recruiter with tti saying my background would be a good fit. I went through four separate interviews. Initially the recruiter was supposed to call me and give me information on the position but she never called, I messaged her after our time for a call had passed, heard back a day later. Then a teams interview was eventually scheduled days later, that was the first interview. After that a couple days later I had an interview in person at a coffee shop which initially seemed a little sketchy to me that there was not an office space to meet especially being a young female. I went and she tried to pull up what I’m assuming were questions on her computer which never came up, it just turned into her telling me about the position. Third interview was scheduled a couple days later and was a phone interview for 15 minutes with a girl who was in her car. Last and final teams interview was rescheduled the day of by the interviewer. It ended up being moved to the next week. After four interviews I got an automated email at 2 am that I didn’t get the position. I truly wish I did not waste my time and effort. I’m busy enough as it is. Why even reach out to me for a field that was not even on my LinkedIn profile to begin with?
