A recruiter approached me, explained the position and said my background is suitable for that. I went through two round of interviews at their head office(Face-to-Face at their office). First round met with the HR staff, after a little written test. The whole process was smooth and comfortable, and as other said, I also thought everything was going very well. For the second round, I has a fireside chat with two manages at the beginning about my personality and some situational question. After that, they kept saying that my background is not suitable for this position and the company not suitable for me. I just feel like they are wasting candidates time.
