This company put me through five interviews over the course of a month for their entry level sales position. When I had my fifth and final interview with a member senior management , he was combative, rude, and impatient. It made the interview feel pointless, and two days later I received two automated emails letting me know that they’d moved on with another candidate. It may only be my opinion but dragging people through a five-interview-process that lasted over a month only to shut them down with two un-personalized emails is incredibly inconsiderate, and this speaks volumes for how you will be treated with the company. I plan to decline any opportunity that consists of more than three interviews in the future, and I would strongly encourage all of you to do the same.

All five of my interviewers asked identical questions. “Tell me about a time that you helped out a coworker.” “Tell me about a time you received constructive criticism.” Pretty wild to go through five interviews that were exactly the same.

I was reached out to on linkedin by a recruiter with tti saying my background would be a good fit. I went through four separate interviews. Initially the recruiter was supposed to call me and give me information on the position but she never called, I messaged her after our time for a call had passed, heard back a day later. Then a teams interview was eventually scheduled days later, that was the first interview. After that a couple days later I had an interview in person at a coffee shop which initially seemed a little sketchy to me that there was not an office space to meet especially being a young female. I went and she tried to pull up what I’m assuming were questions on her computer which never came up, it just turned into her telling me about the position. Third interview was scheduled a couple days later and was a phone interview for 15 minutes with a girl who was in her car. Last and final teams interview was rescheduled the day of by the interviewer. It ended up being moved to the next week. After four interviews I got an automated email at 2 am that I didn’t get the position. I truly wish I did not waste my time and effort. I’m busy enough as it is. Why even reach out to me for a field that was not even on my LinkedIn profile to begin with?

Fairly easy and straight forward interview- if it weren’t for the first position, I’d love to work for TTI. I really liked everyone I met and they all seemed genuinely happy.
