I was put forward for this position by a recruiter who told me that I had a good fit with the employer. I had an initially phone interview with the employer which was quite relaxed, and I was then asked to come in for a second interview which would be face-to-face. For the second interview, I was asked to create a presentation covering the following: 1/ an overview of the brand's product line up and who you view the main competitors in the marketplace to be; 2/ a SWOT analysis on the brand's product line up; 3/ how can the brand capture market share and create brand awareness? Propose a number of product/marketing strategies to achieve this; 4/ Why are you the right person for this role?. It was a huge amount of work to be asked for one interview. I kept the presentation succinct, informative and fairly brief.
