My first interview was in person with two of the members who were recruiting at my university. They were present for a showcase and booked my first interview the next morning. A few weeks later I had clear communication with the recruiter and was free to ask questions. He then set me up with some higher ups a few weeks later. I had 2 following interviews, each about 20 minutes back to back. It was no pressure and felt like they really wanted to get to know me and offer more insight.
