It would be nice to get a straight answer to a simple question. “What is the job and how much does it pay?” Unfortunately, Tecomet is either unwilling, or unable to answer this simple set of questions. During the interview process. I was continually told. that I am exactly what they were looking for. That there were opportunities for someone of my skills and experience at Tecomet. But If this was true? Then why after several weeks of phone and on-site interviews. They could not share what I would be doing, earning, or even what shift I would be on. Every request to answer these basic questions have been denied, ignored or delayed. I’m sorry, but at this point I wouldn’t work for Tecomet if the pay was double the standard going rate. My patience has run out and I have accepted another offer. I think that Maybe Tecomet needs a magic Eightball. To make those important decisions that are just too hard for them to comprehend.
