Process took weeks, and consisted of essentially 4 parts - Hiring manager/Behavorial Interview, Take home coding exercise, a follow up interview about your take home project, and a system design interview. For some reason they asked me an end to end system design question for a front end role which I found strange. The coding part of the interview consisted of a lot of pretty specific questions about React, which could be fine, but I thought they seemed a little nit picky. I don’t get paid to know the absolute specifics of React, I get paid to make software. Also after all the effort and weeks of waiting put into this process I got hit with a no-reply email as my rejection. I didn’t find that very appropriate given the amount of time I sunk into the process. Makes me feel that perhaps this company doesn’t respect your time.
