The interview process was 3 stages. A video call with the onboarding lead, an interview with the onboarding manager, and then a final interview with a TA manager. Overall, the process was easy and each interview lasted only about 20-30 mins. I went through every round and never found out what the pay for this position was, asked each interviewer and kept getting pushed to the next one and the last interviewer only asked what my range was, but never was transparent about the pay for this position. Asked the TA manager to send info regarding a breakdown of their health insurance, they never did. 2 out of 3 of the interviewers were late to our interviews. Each one of them pretty much asked the same exact questions give or take a few. One of my interviews came in late and said she didn't have time to look over my resume and looked over it then and there in the first 5 mins of our interview. It was so awkward and was honestly baffling. They ended up going with someone who had a few more YEARS of experience over me. This was for an entry level position that didn't require years of experience. Overall, I would say this interview process was not transparent at all and kind of a mess. With them all asking the same questions, they really could have made this one panel interview and be done.
