Garbage - went through an interview process only to be ghosted. I was more than a perfect fit and talked to the manager, VP and CRO. Waited for a response for a week and then told them no thanks when they wouldn’t get back to me. Terrible and not acceptable. Don’t tolerate this kind of treatment. It’s fine if I wasn’t a fit but just reply! There recruiter is subpar at best. I’m sure she’s a victim of there poor internal comms but at the same time how much direction does an adult professional need to be good at what they do.
