Was a smooth experience at first, and got responses from the recruiter pretty quickly through the first few rounds, but after one of the rounds it was just complete radio silence for over 3 WEEKS! I emailed back to the recruiter and hiring manager asking for an update, but... nothing, for another week or 2. then finally got a boilerplate rejection after they got whatever candidate they wanted. no apology, explanation or anything for the lack of communication and stringing along candidates. really unprofessional.
