Interview
The interview process was quick, succinct, and informative. I appreciate that Tekmetric was decisive and didn't prolong the process unnecessarily. I had four interviews before my job offer which included conversations with the recruiter, hiring manager, and two other team members. Overall, it was a fantastic process that lead to great conversations during each step.

Question 1
Outside of asking questions around work experience, the interview process felt more like natural conversations. I asked just as many questions as they asked me which lead to some brainstorming, a good look into the company culture, and a great picture of the team as a whole.
