I found my process was almost point for point of what happened to another person on here. Phone interview after applying online, then I went in for a 3 hour interview with numerous managers in their tech department. They told me they hoped to fill the position within the next week, a week later I sent an email asking for the status on the position and any feedback. The HR manager sent me a generic reply, with the wrong position even though my email had the correct position I applied for in the title. My request for any feedback of how my interview went was ignored. I hoped for a bit more of a respect since I had been face to face with the company, but that is the robotic nature of HR.

They ask generic behavioral questions that you would find online "time you failed, time you had to lead a team, etc."
