I applied through college or university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Tekzenit (Dallas, TX) in Apr 2014
Interview
Initial meeting at school campus when they gave a presentation. I went and expressed my interest after the presentation and gave my business card. The two guys visiting the campus previously saw my work when visiting my interaction design class. I interviewed before the IxD 24 hour design test, which is unusual but a good sign I was told. The test was tough but definitely fair and a good way to weed out the weak designers who cannot deliver under pressure. After I took the design test I had a short phone interview two days later, at the end of which I was offered the job.

I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Tekzenit
Interview
I met Tekzenit at our school career fair for an informal 15 minute interview. The interview was a casual conversation about my graphic design work and previous work experience. Both my interviewees were young and amiable, leaving me with a positive first impression of Tekzenit. I was contacted a few weeks later regarding a potential job position and invited to visit the Tekzenit office for a formal interview. As I was completing my finals I was unable to visit the office. Tekzenit was extremely understanding about my situation and arranged for a Skype interview. My second interview was slightly more formal, but as engaging and warm as my first interview. In addition to the interview I was also asked to complete a design challenge; A quick UX design exercise. The entire hiring process was a very pleasant experience and Tekzenit offered me constant help with my queries.
