I went through a phone screening and two interviews with the hiring manager and the Senior manager. I received a generic email about a week later informing me they were moving forward with other candidates. The email was disappointing because it would have been better to get more insight on areas of improvement.
The first round was a phone interview. It was a screening round. The interviewer asked about my basic understanding of quality and regulatory knowledge, my educational background and projects. It was a 30 minutes call and the interviewer made sure that the interview was a comfortable one
