Started with a phone interview with Shannon then a couple days later she called me back and scheduled an in person interview with Noelle an on-site location. I'd say the only downfall is that you couldn't know the location or the distance you would travel to work.

Someone screened me over the phone about a week after my application was submitted. Later that week someone interviewed me and I got the job about a week after that.
