Avoid working here unless its your first job or co-op.Called me for an interview and everything seemed to be so unprofessional from the beginning as I think lots of people leave from this company every month and they are used to having a new guy start every week or so. Pays 16$ hourly for this position.Unprofessional Interview just talking about random stuff. I have attended better Retail Cashier interviews.

Just random talk regarding your past experience and manager talking about how rude some of his previous employees were. He kinda himself explained that there is not much room for growth in this company.

Interview
You will receive a phone interview first .
And if you pass the first stage, they will call and arrange an AutoCAD test for you. The final interview will be set right after this AutoCAD test if you pass it.
The AutoCAD test will take you approximately 30 mins so does the final interview.
The result will come back to you in about two weeks.

Interview
They give you a test in AutoCAD. It includes basic skills, not very difficult, for 15 min. Actually, it was to recreate a manual sketch on the screen. Then they ask questions about your experience and education. Also there were some questions like "You have a task to do, and you manager ask you to do something else, will you listen to him or continue your job?". Feels like they are testing your obedience )) there were two persons: HR and manager.
