Interview
When you ask people to come in on short (1 day) notice and expect them to show up very early in morning for an interview, the least you could do is give feedback on the status of the application after a decision is made to not move forward.
Do not waste peoples time and effort and then just ghost them. That is highly unethical especially if you're not covering the cost of the trip to the interview. Followed up twice after the interview with no response. Interview was easy where hiring manager didn't even seem prepared with no structured questions. Just can you do this etc. Interview lasted 40 min with the hiring manager. Then 30 min with HR asking run of the mill HR questions for a highly specialized role. This is what phone screens are for. Quit wasting people's time and your HR department needs a revamp. The lady was so unprofessional and condescending. Blessing in disguise that they ghosted me. Ended up with multiple offers from far more prestigious companies who respect and treat their applicants with dignity and have a well structured interview process.
Don't waste your time!
Formal interview with questions on the company, CV, past experiences and technological understanding which lasted for a hour and was followed by a walk around tour of the site. Overall a straightforward process but communication either side of the interview was slow

Fairly standard, but honest. It was pretty standard for a large company. I got to meet several of the team members I would be working with. Overall a basic interview process.
