Spoke with recruiter and then took their skills assessment. Then spoke with manager of the department. Seemed to go well so they called me in for an in person interview. They seemed to want to project the image of a nice company and kept mentioning the company was started by IBMers for some reason like that was some kind of plus. I thought it was a negative myself. They seemed to want someone who would stay forever, accept lower wages, and be as young as possible. Seemed to me to have an disdain for older workers. That was more than a few warning signs to me. A good place to improve your skills before bolting for another higher paying job somewhere else.
