This is an extremely open-ended and difficult interview question to answer. I tried to narrow in by asking the recruiter what kind of information they'd like to hear about first. I then answered by walking through my career history and the choices I've made to take on new roles. The skills I've acquired, the systems I've worked with (their ATS is one I'm an expert in) and the type of role I'm now looking for.
