I introduced myself and said like The American culture we were raised on Respect. Respect for ourself, each other, and others. We focused on honesty, morals, integrity each day. We learned that focusing on others was far more rewarding then focusing on ourselves. I spend a good majority of time volunteering for organizations that our near to my heart. I use this time as my practice stage to work on my social, vocal, and customer service skills to prepare me for this opportunity. I have an extensive background in customer service and I am prepared and would be honored to share it with American Airlines.
