When dealing with competency questions such as "Tell me about yourself" or "Talk me through your CV", it is really a chance to tie up your specific experiences (job duties and tasks) and your personal career goals within the job sector and then show how these both allign with the position that you're applying for. For me, it was that I really enjoyed similar tasks (Onboarding clients, Vetting documents, etc). Secondly, I had an immense amount of transferrable skills from my previous administrative roles and duties from which I was able to pull up examples and thirdly, I had a career goal of working in HR to become a specialist HR officer or become a learning and development officer in businesses.
