First, submit application inc cover letter and resume. You will get the call if you are the right people. And make interview time. And have interview and wait for outcome of the interview.
Rushed. I felt like I wasn't their most important candidate. They just shoed it in - which was not ideal. As you could expect, I was disappointed by this outcome.
