I recently went through the interview process with Temco Logistics and unfortunately the experience left a very negative impression. I had an initial interview with a recruiter that appeared to go very well. We discussed my background in last-mile delivery operations, and with more than 20 years of relevant experience I felt my qualifications aligned strongly with the role. During the conversation I made it clear that I was genuinely interested in the position and the opportunity. The next day I sent a professional follow-up email thanking the recruiter for their time and reiterating my interest in the role. That message received no response. Shortly afterward I received a generic rejection email with no explanation or feedback. I sent one additional message asking if they could provide any feedback on my interview or candidacy so I could improve moving forward. That message was also ignored. Companies often say they value people and culture, but candidate experience is one of the clearest indicators of how an organization actually treats individuals. A simple response, even brief feedback, would have demonstrated basic professional courtesy. Based on my experience, the hiring process felt impersonal and dismissive. Candidates invest significant time preparing for interviews and engaging with recruiters, and professional communication should go both ways. If this is reflective of the company’s approach to people, it raises concerns about the overall culture.
