They changed meeting's time twice, and 10 mins after I joined video call and waiting for hr (yes directly looking to webcam) they sent an email and said they have decided not to start the process with me. Really temper? So unprofessional and disturbing. The best thing is that they showed their style just before the process. I don't want to be a part of the company like that.

After five sessions, the final one being the co-founder's (referred to as the bar raiser interview), where he expressed enthusiasm, I was unexpectedly rejected without any explanation. Despite my repeated requests for feedback, they assured me it would be provided but failed to follow through. This lack of communication is highly disrespectful to the time invested. I strongly advise against investing your time with them.
