It was very elementary they seemed desperate and not very selective. Basically anyone with a GED or CNA certification can walk in & get hired. They are not selecting quality candidates and to not seem concerned about the level of patient care.

Interview
The interview process consisted of interviewing and interacting with the Nurses and PCAs on the shift I am applying for. I was asked a serious of questions pertaining to my professional as well as personal background and some of the duties of the position. After the peer interview, I interviewed with the Nurse Manager and Assistant Manager. Then I went to HR to discuss a little more about the position with a Recruiter.
