The hiring process was relatively simple. A phone call with HR and then an immediate take home data set to be worked on for a few days. The take home data set was pretty interesting and I managed to come up with some good models. However, after I sent in my take home, I got no response from them after I followed up twice. Very disorganized and unprofessional
First, I got an email from the recruiter and then he scheuled a call for screening. It was then followed by the hiring manager interview. They canceled the interview the morining of the interview and then they rescheduled it with no issue. The hiring manager was friendly.

How do you manage time if you have multiple projects in hand?
The recruitment coordinator was helpful, responsive and friendly. The coding test is a bit ridiculous, though. They will judge you on coding style and adherence to conventions far more than your scientific rationale or ability to reason about experiments. Really impersonal and they don't treat you with much respect.
No recruiter screening, got to 1-1 hiring manager round recruiter responses very promptly, rejected one week after the interview, overall very smooth process. Hiring manager seems very smart and thinks really fast.
