Straightforward - multiple rounds of interviews. Mostly behavioral. Everyone was very friendly and nice. Very intelligent and passionate people. Coordinated with HR, who was very helpful as well. Overall very positive experience.
Got a bad feeling after the 4th interview and decided this company was not for me. There is very clearly a toxic normalization of unprofessional behavior and very insecure inexperienced leaders that are and will continue to be a problem for this company until they clean house. Trust your gut!
Fairly quick. 4 people interviewed - 30 min - 1 hour each. It was fairly easy and not many rounds, as it with other companies. I don't know how other teams are but the one that interviewed were efficient and gave an offer fairly quickly as well.
