I did eight (!) interviews with them, three of them were arranged the same day, and took 1,5h. The interviews were with recruiter, HR people (Two different), Product director, lead engineer, CTO, COO, another product director and product VP (last one). In the last interview, they told me they want me in the team but for a different position that the one I’ve been interviewing so far. I accept and, after three weeks of no news I contact again the recruiter. She tells me she will investigate and get back to me. And after this I’ve been totally ghosted. No other news from them. I think this is not serious. I feel they played with me.
