Horrifically misleading and disappointing. I had a phone screening, hiring manager interview, and a panel interview in total in about a week. They moved me through the process QUICKLY. Everyone was kind that I spoke to and I was well qualified for the position. Then after a week, I get a generic rejection template - the recruiter couldn't be bothered to message me personally after wasting my time and rushing me. I've never seen such a level of unprofessionalism in my life. I was also ignored when I asked for feedback as to why I wasn't selected.
