The interview process was very straightforward. The questions were focused upon "Why Ten Ren's?". It seems as though they would like to get to know you on a personal level...so just be yourself! Charismatic people do well in this interview. Make sure you can state why you would like to work for Ten Ren's specifically over any other boba store.
