I applied through college or university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Tenaris
Interview
The process started with a university visit from Tenaris, comprised of an intro to the company followed by a challenging Maths test. At that point, the 50% who scored below the group average were cut. Tenaris were transparent in that respect. This was followed by a team-based ranking activity (e.g. Order these items in order of importance...), then by an open-ended case based on Tenaris' business. There were cuts at each stage.
This was followed (after 2 weeks or so) by a double interview, where I interviewed two managers. Both were friendly and courteous, and the interviews were a 'getting-to-know-you' affair rather than a regular behavioral interview.
