I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Tenaris (Bay City, TX)
Interview
The interview process was pretty straightforward and quick. Had an initial interview, a follow-up a week later, and then received an offer about a week after that. Standard questions about experience, my understanding of the position, etc. First interview was complicated by the fact that the interviewer barely spoke English. I had to repeat myself throughout and simplify my responses to make them understandable.
It was a normal interview process. I had 3 managers that sat in on the interview. They asked questions regarding my experience, background and skill level. The questions were those typical of an interview.
