I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Tenaris (Dammam)
Interview
An intuitive interview process consists of three stages:
1- application processing and submitting requirements to go through sorting phase.
2- after initial acceptance you’ll be invited to an assessment day which includes:
a- presentation by tenaris representatives introducing the company and programs.
b- candidates introducing themselves to the group.
c- two group assessments observed by employers.
3- after successfully passing the assessment day you’ll be invited to a face-to-face interview.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Tenaris (Calgary, AB) in Apr 2018
Interview
The interview process was a speed-dating style group interview where you had about 5 minutes with each of the 8-9 managers present. The mini interviews with each manager were not the difficult part, but the process was quite unprofessional. After each of the 15-20 candidates had spoken with each of the managers, a few individuals were singled out and sent home in front of the rest of the candidates as they were not selected to move on. This was very unprofessional and rude.
