Failed the first group interview. It asked for business thinking and model for an intern position, which was totally out of my capability as a psychology major(which was encouraged in their job description). The whole group failed and none of us got to the second round
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Select a city that is the best to build a mall and explain why. (They provided the stats)
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Tencent (Delhi Cantonment) in May 2021
Interview
The process had 3 rounds. First was an online aptitude test (basic math, logical reasoning, and Excel MCQs). Second was SQL + Power BI-based questions with scenario case studies. Final round was HR — they asked about my projects, why analytics, and situational questions like handling deadlines. Overall, a good experience with helpful interviewers and relevant questions.
More simply:
It’s about the ways we manage or adjust our feelings to meet our goals or fit a situation.
For example:
If you feel angry at work but calm yourself before speaking — that's emotion regulation.
If you're feeling sad and you put on a funny movie to cheer up — that's emotion regulation too.
