The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Teneo (New York, NY)
Interview
Three rounds of interviews: The first was a phone screening with an Associate and the VP who asked basic behavioral questions, the second was a hour-long writing test that included grammar questions and 5 articles to summarize, and the third interview was in the NYC office that consisted of 3 rounds of interviews with two current or past media analysts. The interview process took about 3 weeks, however I did not hear a decision until 2 months later. Overall, everyone was very comfortable and friendly, however the company lacks diversity and came across as unprofessional at times.

Question 1
What is a news story that you have been following recently?
This interview process is rather standard, yet quite thorough. There are not many curveballs, yet they also expect very succinct and thought out answers with minimal hesitancy. They were also very fair and kind. Not trying to trick you.
More behavioral than it was technical like other consulting companies. They ask about past experience and what you would bring to the company, not so much how you would deal with actual business issues/problems. More laid back than I was expecting! I would rate this interview experience positively.

Interview
There’s three rounds plus a a written exam. However they are quick to schedule your interviews. Amazing HR so far. They use Microsoft teams. The first round is with a recruiter than you meet with your potential manager and finally with a panel of junior employees.
