I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Teneo (London, England) in May 2019
Interview
I went through a two-stage interview process. The first stage had a culture fit chat followed by a case (45 minutes each). The second stage had a case (1.5 hours) and a presentation of an interview (45 minutes) that I was asked to prepare in advance on a subject of my choosing.
The cases were both interesting and were the most enjoyable part of the process for me. The length of presentation required felt high and the guidance given was (I suspect deliberately) low, which made completing this a significant strain on my existing work and personal commitments.
I received an offer for a level below the one I applied for, which was disappointing on both a personal and a practical level. The offer represented only marginal increase in compensation on my current position, and so ultimately I ended up declining.

One round with MD then panel interview with team. It was fairly fast within a week. Decisions were quick to see and hear back from. Easy interview overall for junior roles
It is a three stage process. You will first have an interview with the recruitment team about your experience, salary ect. Then an interview with a senior member of the team and lastly another interview with a senior member ( I had to members of the team for my final interview)
this started with an invitation to an assessment which was mostly mathematical and arithmetic - not difficult. followed by a case interview that involved many questions on a case teneo had worked on in the past.
