Interview
There were two interviews. The first was a CV-based interview where they asked general questions about your motivations for working at the company and competency questions. The second interview was a market-sizing Interveiw. Both of them were on the same day. The market sizing one was not a whole case study like the other big consulting companies but rather a direct market sizing one but financially based....The key is to practice a lot beforehand. Each interview was 30 minutes long.

Follow up questions will be asked based on what you say, so thoroughly research a company or organisation that you think Teneo should help, why they should help them and so on.
Great organization, great office location, and very well prepared interviewers. Overall it was a very pleasent process. The cases were a bit tricky though. Make it to the final interview however without getting an offer.
Ok progress. The first round interview involved two interviews. One was a run-through of my CV while the other was a case study interview which involved two business propositions and you had to determine which was more beneficial.
The next round involved two more case interviews. Some of the interviewers were nice, while others appeared to be distracted during the process.

30 min "tell me about yourself", and 30 minute case study. They were polite and professional but it seemed like a lot more pressure than necessary. The case study portion: the interviewer had a sheet with solutions and what they were looking for in front of them, but it didn't seem like they were super accepting of differing approaches to the problem.
