There were 2 virtual rounds: 1 with the recruiter and 1 with the hiring manager. Afterwards, they asked me to come onsite and sat me in a room with 6 people (one of whom was the co-founder) and grilled me for almost 2 hours with questions about infusion workflows. They neglected to ask me 1 thing about what I was looking for in the company, or anything I needed to know about them. It appeared, and because they did most of the talking at me, they were looking for information to continue building out their product rather than hire someone for the role. They also proceeded to ghost me for almost 2 weeks after I emailed them 3 times, to which the recruiter responded, "They dropped the ball". The hiring manager never bothered responding to either of my emails with feedback or an update.
The amount of prep work and time I put into this process and the way I was treated by them is very telling. Lastly, don't underestimate how intimidating it is to come to a corporate office as a candidate and then being put in a boardroom with strangers to be talked at during an interview process. I would highly advise someone to think carefully about how they treat the candidates during this experience before taking a job here.
