      Interview

The interview process lacked alignment, particularly at the final stage. Candidates are asked to prepare a detailed role play and submit materials ahead of time, but it was unclear whether those materials were reviewed by the panel. During the final round, the exercise abruptly shifted to a completely different scenario, which made the preparation feel disregarded. For a sales role, this kind of misalignment across interviewers is surprising and reflects a lack of coordination. While I can adapt on the fly, the process didn’t feel structured in a way that allows candidates to put their best foot forward.
