First HR screening, then meet with the CPO. The HR screening is pretty standard, the one with CPO is more like a chat without many technical questions. Overall I think it's relatively easy interview, but not sure what's their standard
I had a phone screen where the second question was if I was located in the NYC area. Since I wasn't in the NYC area, the interview immediately ended. This was inconsiderate of my time considering that my location was a direct question on the application, and I could have been screened out before scheduling me for an interview.
