Had a very nice interview with a Talent Acquisition person via Teams. Since it was going very well and I had all the qualifications they were looking for, I asked at the end about next steps and if I would be moving forward. I got a soft 'Yes' from her and she promised to get back to me the following week. She didn't get back to me, so the week after that I emailed her to ask about next steps. She said next week again via email. That was 3 weeks ago and nothing, not even a standard rejection letter. I can take rejection but ghosting me after Two promises broken is unprofessional and leaves me with bad feelings about this company.
