Terminix used to have a horrible application system that took an hour plus to apply for a position. I recently saw a branch manger position available and decided to explore applying. I was happy to see they no longer use that system. After submitting my resume I received an email saying they were interested in exploring my background further. That horrible system was now replaced by a lenghty questionnaire before you even have a chance to talk with someone. The questionnaire includes "warning language " like "earning the privilege to work for the company". It's clear that Terminix is still entrenched in a corporate philosophy that places NO value on employees. I did not complete the questionnaire and emailed the hr rep with the message above.

Question 1
What will you do to earn the privilege of working for the company?
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Terminix in Jun 2021
Interview
Interview process was more informal than expected for the role. Not unprofessional, just easy going. Only frustration was lack of communication after the interview. Was told there would be another interview in the follow week, but never heard anything more until a form letter was emailed out weeks later.

Wanted to know how I motivated my team to be successful
Straight forward. Super communicative. Star questions. Was a fairly easy and painless process. Recruiter was great and provided next steps/expectations along the way. Was very enjoyable in comparison to other companies.

Interview
From start to finish, my experience was exceedingly positive. My first phone interview was with a recruiter. She was straightforward with me at the end of our conversation and told me that she would pass me on to the next round with the regional director. After interviewing with him, he also informed me that he would pass me along to the next interview, which we arranged for that same day! Two more interviews followed with other managers culminating in one with the district VP. About a week after my last interview (all were via phone due to COVID-19) I emailed the recruiter to follow up. She replied promptly to tell me I was still being considered. Within another few days I was offered the position. The entire process took about a month.
