I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Terminix (Fayetteville, NC) in Sep 2009
Interview
Not very good, the hiring manager was in need of sales people and there were a few questions but right away I was offered a position. Terminix has a reputation for hiring people and seeing if they can sale then either moving them to another position or just hiring someone else. Overall the interview was very simple and not many questions were asked at the time of the interview.
