Applied online and received an email from the HR team to fill out paperwork, an NDA and then the interview schedule. I had a video interview with the hiring manager. The interview was an average screening and 1:1 combined. He gave some background on the role, his role, the company and the direction the company was going in. Then I answered standard questions of my background, fixed assets, why I wanted to work there and then asked a couple of questions. I was told that next steps were a group interview. After a week of no responses I emailed HR to see about next steps and they responded that they did not at that time. Another week passed and I got an email from HR about the group interview and more paperwork to fill out. I filled out my availabilty for the group interview and they never responded/ ghosted. I noticed that they seem to add more and more open roles on their website for accounting and finance but none seem to be filled, so they either are being very selective or have a hiring pause and not telling people. I overall felt it takes way to long to get hired here.
