Very convoluted questions behavioral questions disguised as technical questions. The interviewer was not a technical person so when asked to elaborate further, he was not able to. He questioned me about processes that are internal to his organization, and expected me to know the answer. He did not ask me about my experience, and grilled me on hypotheticals that are specific to his organization.
